Overview

Center Parcs is known for its quality own-brand and high street restaurants and cafés, combining great food with family-friendly menus and exceptional service. Center Parcs's Food and Beverage department employs around 350 team members across nine restaurants, cafés, and bars, along with a production kitchen. Center Parcs also host five concessionary units featuring popular brands such as Bella Italia and Café Rouge, catering to diverse appetites.

Position Overview

As a Bar and Waiting Team Member, you will earn £11.60 per hour, benefiting from a discretionary service charge added to bills in Center Parcs's restaurants like Rajinda Pradesh and Huck's American Bar and Grill. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and seating guests
• Taking orders and providing bar service
• Serving food and drinks
• Handling payments and maintaining cleanliness

Some roles may require candidates to be over the age of 18, which will be discussed during the interview.

About You

While experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial, it is not essential as Center Parcs will provide comprehensive training. Center Parcs seek candidates with:

Hours of Work

This position involves working straight shifts with flexible hours available on a 4-week basis. Your schedule may vary weekly, but you will always receive your contracted hours. As Center Parcs's village operates year-round, shifts may include public/bank holidays and Christmas/New Year on a rota basis.
