As the Housekeeping Assistant Manager, you will assist in managing a dynamic team responsible for maintaining over 800 units, including apartments, lodges, and treehouses.

Responsibilities include:

  • Organizing housekeeping duties to maintain high standards.
  • Managing budgets and payroll to achieve divisional targets.
  • Recruiting and training housekeeping staff.
  • Fostering a positive team culture to enhance morale and performance.

HOURS OF WORK

You will work 150 hours every 4 weeks on a flexible schedule, which may include weekends and public holidays.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Essential requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership experience in a service-driven environment.
  • Motivational and empathetic leadership style.

Desirable requirements:

  • First Aid training willingness.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Experience in the cleaning or hospitality industry.
