Seasonal Sales Assistant

Overview

Dunelm, Wakefield, £6.72 - £11.44 per hour

Dunelm's store in Wakefield is looking for a minimum 20 hours per week Sales Assistant to join Dunelm from September 2024 until February 2025. You will need to be fully flexible over the course of the week. The hours will include at least one evening and a Saturday or Sunday shift.

What you'll be doing

• Tills – Serving customers with purchases or returns, ensuring all items are complete and fragile items are packed securely.
• Shop floor – Assisting customers to find products and providing memorable service.
• Hosting – Using Dunelm's iPad systems to order products for home delivery and styling Dunelm's popular bedding displays.
• Stock and Delivery – A physical role with some heavy lifting, focusing on merchandising and stock control while remembering customer needs.
