Join Dunelm's store in Workington as a Seasonal Sales Assistant from September 2024 until February 2025. This role offers a flexible schedule with a minimum of 20 hours per week, including at least one evening and a weekend shift.

What You'll Be Doing

The role involves comprehensive training in customer service and store operations:

  • Tills – Serve customers with purchases or returns, ensuring all items are complete and securely packed.
  • Shop Floor – Assist customers in locating products and provide excellent service to foster loyalty.
  • Hosting – Use iPad systems to order products for home delivery and create bespoke curtain and blinds orders.
  • Stock and Delivery – Engage in physical tasks, including merchandising, deliveries, and replenishing stock, while prioritizing customer needs.
