Seasonal Weekend Sales Assistant

Overview

Dunelm is looking for a minimum 8 hours per week Weekend Sales Assistant in Blackpool to support Dunelm over busy weekends until February 2025. The role involves being trained in all aspects of customer-facing store life:

What you'll be doing

• Tills – Serving customers with purchases or returns, ensuring all items are complete and fragile items are packed securely.
• Shop floor – Assisting customers to find products and providing excellent service to create customer loyalty.
• Hosting – Using iPad systems to order products for home delivery and creating bespoke orders for curtains and blinds.
• Stock and Delivery – A physical role that includes merchandising, stock control, and shop-floor replenishment.
