Other highly valued skills may include:
- Working knowledge of tools such as ServiceNow, SharePoint Online, and Confluence.
- Prior experience in a Security/Fraud/Cyber function.
- Knowledge of governance, risk management, control, and regulatory requirements, ideally in financial services.
- Experience in identifying and creating KPIs, KRIs, and key metrics for reporting.

The successful candidate can be based in either Knutsford or Glasgow.
Purpose of the role: To negotiate and agree on internal quality procedures, service standards, and specifications to improve performance and quality.
Accountabilities:
- Identify industry trends to implement best practices in quality assurance.
- Collaborate with teams to align quality assurance processes.
- Develop and govern internal quality assurance procedures and standards.
- Develop reports on quality assurance performance for internal stakeholders.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for change.
- Execute service quality assessments to monitor compliance with objectives.
- Participate in projects to improve quality assurance efficiency.
- Determine risks based on QA reviews and flag those outside tolerance.
Assistant Vice President Expectations:
