Purpose of the Role: To provide resolutions for customer queries and personalise each interaction through multiple communication channels.
Accountabilities:
- Collaborate across digital channels to personalise customer interactions.
- Enhance the bank's digital capabilities when technology is not ready.
- Provide exceptional service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Support internal stakeholders to meet client needs and expectations.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Customer Service experience with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Tools.
- Ability to constructively challenge processes and adapt to new situations.
Analyst Expectations:
- Meet stakeholder needs through specialist advice.
- Perform activities timely and to a high standard.
- Manage workload and coordinate team resources if in a leadership role.
