Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a Cycling Instructor.

Are you a confident on-road cyclist with an interest in working with children? Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council have Cycling Instructor opportunities to join Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council's successful Cycle Training Team, delivering Bikeability cycle training programmes across the borough in a fun and inspiring way.
Responsibilities
As a Cycling Instructor, you will:
- Encourage good cycling practices and skills in children and adults.
- Provide training in primary and secondary schools, usually in sessions lasting 1.5 - 2 hours.
- Conduct sessions during school holidays, weekends, and evenings.
Training and Development
You will complete a 4-day training course to obtain a Level 2 Award in Cycle Training, alongside First Aid and Safeguarding Training (Level 1). This training is funded, and completion is mandatory.
