Are you passionate about driving change and evaluating programs of work in the public sector? This is an exciting opportunity for an evaluation specialist looking for their next challenge. In this post, you will be part of a dedicated evaluation function within the council’s wider Analytics service.
As part of a multi-disciplinary analytics team, you will collaborate with a small group of evaluation specialists. You will use your excellent communication and influencing skills to support the evaluation lead in embedding evaluation across the Council, addressing the diverse challenges encountered by analysts implementing evaluation projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Scoping and leading evaluation projects
- Applying strong problem-solving skills and practical experience in evaluative studies
- Advising clients on appropriate methodologies based on a range of research techniques
- Generating and presenting compelling insights to enable evidence-based decision-making by senior leaders
