An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Officer within Kent County Council's Folkestone and Hythe Early Help Team.
This is a full-time fixed term position working Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5.00pm, with some home working.
The role is essential in providing professional support to Early Help Workers who assist children and families in Folkestone and Hythe. You will also support a wider South Kent team.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing sensitive information and recording data accurately.
- Arranging and supporting meetings with colleagues and families.
- Acting as the first point of contact for service users.
- Proactively managing your workload and responding to urgent requests.
