Role Responsibilities
Your main duty will be to manage a caseload of children in care across curriculum Years 1 to 11, ensuring they all have high-quality, up-to-date, and regularly reviewed Personal Education Plans (PEPs).
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with school staff, social workers, and multi-agency partners to ensure the best outcomes for children and young people in care.
- Maintaining accurate records and tracking the progress of students.
- Prioritizing work effectively to meet the needs of the team and the young people Kent County Council support.

Working Pattern
This is a Term Time Only contract for 39 weeks per year, with a varied week that includes both home-based and office work. You will be required to attend meetings in different educational settings, so the ability to travel across the area is essential.
