You will be part of a dedicated team at Tudor House, providing short breaks for young people aged 8 to 18. Your responsibilities include identifying and reviewing needs, supervising staff, and ensuring a safe, positive environment.

About the Role
About You: As a Senior Care Officer, you need:
- Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and willingness to complete a Level 5 Diploma
- Experience in childcare or social care settings
- Supervisory experience and excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage shifts and adapt in challenging situations
- Clear Enhanced DBS Certificate
You will work a four-week rolling rota with early and late shifts, including weekends and sleep-in duties.
