About The Role

Butlin's's Butlin's resort in Bognor Regis is recruiting for a Sports & Activities Coach to join the Sports & Activities Department. If you're a team player with energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to get stuck in, this could be the role for you!

Typical working hours cover a minimum of 24 hours per week, five days over seven, with shifts between 8.30am - 9pm. You will be running sessions for Butlin's's guests including:

• Pottery painting
• Football
• Archery
• Mini golf
• Booking sessions in Butlin's's Leisure Hub

About You

Butlin's is looking for someone who enjoys teamwork, is confident in interacting with guests, and thrives in a busy environment. You should possess a positive outlook and a 'can do' attitude, striving to exceed guest expectations.

The ideal candidate will preferably have:

• FA Level 1
• Archery GB ERCA
• High Ropes qualifications

However, full training can be provided for someone with a creative personality, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills. This role requires you to be over the age of 18.
