Summary of Role Purpose
The Venue Manager will be responsible for leading all day-to-day operations within their venue. You will lead your team, focusing on promoting a culture centered on delivering an amazing guest experience alongside driving brand profit and growth. You will monitor P&L, guest NPS, and feedback, ensuring success through operational guest-facing activities.

General Duties & Key Accountabilities
- Accountable for the day-to-day operation within your venue.
- Ensure consistent delivery of a quality guest experience in line with brand guidelines.
- Capture guest feedback and analyze trends.
- Monitor P&L and payroll spend, taking action as necessary.
- Provide accurate rotas 3 weeks in advance through SAM.
- Inspire action within your team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Be a champion of Butlin’s Values and Leadership Behaviours.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the resort.
- Manage team retention and utilize feedback for improvement.
- Accountable for people management from onboarding through the employee lifecycle.
Key Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
- Experience leading a venue within an F&B or Retail environment.
- Strong guest-facing experience.
- Good commercial acumen.
- Experience managing rotas based on guest volumes.
- Demonstrable experience leading teams to success.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Able to manage multiple priorities.
