Multiskilled Maintenance Technician

Overview

Reporting to the Facilities management team, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of standard of repairs and maintenance around the resort in all Butlin's's venues. Your role requires you to work as part of the Resort Facilities team in various areas across the resort.

You will be keeping guest areas and venues maintained so everything about Butlin's is pristine, providing competent solutions to problems in a timely fashion with high working standards. You will carry out general maintenance and repairs across the resort whilst ensuring safe and secure environments are maintained at all times by adhering to current health and safety legislation.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in a maintenance or construction environment.
• Skills in carpentry, general DIY, and basic plumbing.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and act in the best interest of guests.
• Work both as part of a team and independently.
• Positive approach to problem-solving in a guest-focused environment.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and health & safety procedures.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail in record keeping.
• Professional and positive attitude at all times.
