Role: Day Support Worker

Salary: Up to £27,279.20 per annum (dependant on experience/qualifications)

Hours: Full-time, Permanent (43 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, Days)

Some of your duties would include:

  • Supporting the occupants to appointments and activities such as shopping or trips out
  • Completing relevant paperwork
  • Undertaking household tasks
  • Engaging Outcomes First Group's occupants in tasks and activities

The Location

Options Autism are recruiting for an Adult Support Worker to join Outcomes First Group's team at Options Pen Y Bryn. Outcomes First Group's residential home provides high quality accommodation for adults with autism, complex needs, and/or learning disabilities. This would be an ideal role for those interested in supporting adults with varied and complex needs.

Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure. Working in a residential environment where Outcomes First Group maintain a strong safeguarding culture, individuals are listened to, respected, and involved in as many decisions as possible.

The home is based in Flintshire and within commutable distance of Holywell, Ellesmere Port, Prestatyn, Chester, and surrounding areas.
