Options Autism is hiring a Support Worker in the Flintshire region!

As a Team Leader - Days, your role will involve overseeing support staff and ensuring the highest standards of care for adults with autism and complex needs.

Salary: £28,218.32 per annum

Hours: Full-time, Permanent (43 hours per week, 12-hour shifts)

The Opportunity: Outcomes First Group's next Team Leader will possess effective leadership skills, the ability to motivate a team, and strong communication skills. You should also have a willingness to work toward a Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and a passion for making a difference.

The Location: Options Autism operates in a friendly and supportive residential home environment in Flintshire. This home is dedicated to providing quality care for adults with varying needs, ensuring individuals are listened to and respected.
