Facilities Housekeeping Supervisor

Overview

To supervise a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring high-quality catering and cleanliness services for all staff, patients, and visitors at Trust premises. Staff are expected to embody the Trust values: Kindness, Respect, Ambition & Collaboration.

Main Duties

• Manage staff distribution and maintain adequate staffing levels.
• Supervise staff and monitor work standards.
• Conduct training for new and existing staff.
• Address departmental problems and complaints efficiently.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment.
• Delegate daily tasks and monitor cleanliness standards.
• Ensure compliance with cleaning schedules.

Qualifications

Experience
