As a Customer Service Apprentice, you'll train and learn while earning, gaining experience in various roles including Station Operations, Customer Host, and Ticket Office.

Who are you? You should have great communication skills, enthusiasm for learning, and be over 16 years old with GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.

Responsibilities:

• Complete your online application form.
• Participate in a series of online tests.
• Attend a selection event if shortlisted.

Salary Details: For under 18s, the rate starts at £6.40 per hour, increasing to £8.60 after 43 weeks. For those over 18, the pay is £12.00 per hour.

The apprenticeship starts on 17th March 2025 for 18 months, requiring you to work 35 hours per week with shifts between 07:00 and 20:00.
