As a Customer Service Apprentice at GWR, you'll earn while you learn, gaining valuable customer service skills through a variety of placements such as Station Operations, Gateline, and Ticket Office. Essential qualifications include being over 16, living within commuting distance, and having GCSEs in Maths and English.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Assisting in station operations
- Engaging in team activities and training sessions
Salary Details:
For candidates under 18, the hourly rate starts at £6.40, increasing to £8.60 after 43 weeks and upon successful completion of probation. Candidates over 18 will earn £12.00 per hour.
