Overview

As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in maintaining quality control throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring it aligns with both business standards and customer expectations. Your work will directly support the delivery of high-quality products across all stages of production.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify parts at various stages within the business
• Perform first article inspection reporting (FAIR)
• Manage non-conformance processes for both suppliers and customers
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolution, including part rework
• Collaborate with the team to meet quality and production targets
• Support the integration of quality processes into the manufacturing cycle
• Act as an approved signatory for releasing quality-related processes

Experience and Skills Required

• Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Hands-on experience with first article inspections (FAIRS)
• Experience in quality control, preferably within ISO 9001 frameworks

Salary and Benefits

Up to £35,000 per annum with additional benefits.
