Your New Role…

The P&C Coordinator supports the CNN People & Culture team in London, providing first-class HR services across EMEA.

Your Role Accountabilities…

• Employee Connection (EC): First point of contact for employee inquiries about benefits, policies, and contracts.
• Internal Meetings and Projects: Participate in meetings and project groups to enhance processes and develop skills.
• Recruitment: Assist with monitoring open positions, creating job requisitions, and tracking recruitment stats.
• Immigration & Relocation: Collaborate with external providers for visa applications and monitor compliance.
• Onboarding and Offboarding: Ensure correct processing of onboarding and offboarding requests.
• Employee Relations: Note-taking for Employee Relation cases and scheduling meetings.
• Project Support: Participate in projects like annual compensation data validation and salary reviews.
• Other Activities: Engage in ad hoc employee inquiries, manage reports, and create organizational charts.

Qualifications & Experience…

• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organization skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a busy environment.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel; PowerPoint is useful.
• Collaborative and enthusiastic team player.
• Desire to pursue a career in generalist HR.
