Customer Service Representative

Salary: £23,400 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible between 8am-8pm

Location: Lynch Wood, Peterborough, PE2 6FY

Role Overview:

Join a people and technology-driven business, taking inbound calls from customers regarding their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans. You'll assist customers in planning for retirement, accessing investments, updating personal information, or supporting families during bereavements, ensuring a seamless experience during critical moments.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries with empathy and respect.
  • Provide information on life assurance, savings, and pension plans.
  • Support customers in accessing their accounts and updating details.
  • Assist families during sensitive times with professionalism.

Training and Experience:

No prior financial services experience is required. Many of Diligenta's new colleagues come from backgrounds in contact centers, retail, hospitality, or travel, and comprehensive training will be provided.
