Together for Mental Wellbeing need your experience!

Do you have lived experience of mental distress and have come into contact with the criminal justice system?

Together is a national charity that works alongside people with mental health issues on their journey towards leading independent and fulfilling lives.

Together for Mental Wellbeing's Liaison and Diversion (L&D) services work in partnership with NHS England to improve the health and justice outcomes for people who come into contact with the criminal justice system.

Together for Mental Wellbeing is looking for people to become Peer Supports who will use their lived experience of mental distress and the criminal justice system to support others with similar experiences towards better wellbeing.

Together for Mental Wellbeing value people as experts in what works best for them, and each individual Together for Mental Wellbeing work with influences and shapes the support they and others receive from Together for Mental Wellbeing.

Founded in 1879, today Together for Mental Wellbeing work with approximately 4,500 people every month - at around 70 locations across England. Together for Mental Wellbeing's services include support in the community, accommodation-based support, advocacy, and criminal justice services.
