Jil Sander is looking for a Stock Keeper for Jil Sander's flagship store in Bicester Village Outlet. In this role, you will:

• Support the team in the selling process, ensuring the highest level of client experience.
• Play an active role in ensuring the entire stock cycle runs smoothly.
• Be in charge of all stock activities under the guidance of the store manager, including inventory, organization, control, and audits.
• Support colleagues in performing administrative tasks.
• Execute excellence in shipping to final clients.
• Properly manage shipping and receiving of products and supplies, processing and distributing invoices on time.
• Report any issues to the manager and take necessary steps to resolve them.

Requirements:

• Good handling of numbers and back-office skills in inventory/stock management.
• Previous experience as a Stock Keeper (at least 2 years).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility and availability to work during weekends.
• Proficiency in Italian and English.

Nice to have:

• Good knowledge of RBO, DRT, and Power BI.
• Highly organized, structured, and service-minded.
• Procedure-driven, results-motivated, and goal-oriented.
