Would you like to work at the highest performing school in Derbyshire with an Ofsted rating of Good? Redhill Academy Trust is looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to join Redhill Academy Trust's current team to provide classroom supervision for teaching colleagues. The role also includes covering on-call and internal exclusions. When not needed for cover, the successful candidate will provide administrative support to the teaching staff of a designated faculty.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide classroom supervision for absent teaching staff.
  • Manage the behavior of students in a calm and effective manner.
  • Support the administrative tasks within the faculty when not supervising.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
  • A flexible attitude with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to motivate students effectively.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary: £17,912 to £19,496 per annum (FTE: £26,137 to £28,450).
