Job Overview

Nore Academy is a brand-new SEN school, set to open in early 2025, dedicated to supporting young people aged 11-16 with SEMH and other related SEN needs. Nore Academy seek a dedicated Science specialist to teach KS3 students, with the opportunity to expand into KS4 as Nore Academy's curriculum develops.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Science lessons tailored to students with special educational needs.
• Motivate and challenge learners to achieve their full potential.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning requirements.

Candidate Profile

Nore Academy is looking for qualified teachers or ECTs with:

• Experience in SEN education, whether in special or mainstream settings.
• Subject knowledge and classroom practice for teaching Science across Key Stages.
• A proactive approach to student support and classroom management.
