Assistant Store Manager

Overview

Footasylum is hiring for an Assistant Store Manager to join one of Footasylum's exciting MEGA Stores based in Trafford Centre. You will work directly with an established team to create the best customer shopping experience possible. As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager with day-to-day responsibilities, overseeing employees, modeling effective leadership, and providing excellent customer service.

Your primary responsibility will be to carry out the Manager’s role in their absence, which will help you acquire and develop the skills necessary for advancement to Store Manager. Footasylum invest in training and development, ensuring you have the tools needed to thrive in your role.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in day-to-day store operations
• Overseeing staff and providing guidance
• Ensuring high levels of customer service
• Managing inventory and stock levels

• Managerial experience in a fast-paced environment
