Overview

Footasylum is hiring for a Full-Time Store Supervisor to join one of Footasylum's exciting stores based in Bristol. There’s an established team in place, and you will be working directly with them to help create the best customer shopping experience possible. Footasylum believes in Footasylum's front-end retail staff.

The primary function of a Supervisor is to oversee retail staff’s work in the store environment. You will monitor employee activity, solve problems at a day-to-day level, and assist customers when needed. Your tasks will be varied in this thriving store.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the Store Manager to ensure the team maximizes sales, adopts a service-first mentality, adheres to best practices as per company expectations, and enhances the shopping experience for Footasylum's customers.

About you:

• The successful candidate must have a passion for fashion retail and Footasylum's company ethos.
• You should have ideally worked previously in fashion retail.
• Experience in managing and motivating a team of Sales Assistants is required.
• You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is a must.
• You should be efficient and highly organized, with a customer-focused attitude.
