Store Supervisor

Overview

Footasylum is hiring for a Full-Time Store Supervisor to join Footasylum's exciting team at Footasylum in Bluewater. Your primary role will be to oversee retail staff in the store environment, ensuring the best shopping experience for Footasylum's customers.

As a Supervisor, you will:

• Monitor employee activity and assist customers.
• Support the Store Manager to maximize sales and adhere to company best practices.
• Provide a service-first mentality and ensure a positive shopping experience.

About you:

• Passion for Fashion Retail and Footasylum's company ethos.
• Previous experience in Fashion Retail is preferred.
• Experience managing and motivating a team of Sales Assistants.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Efficient, highly organized, and customer-focused.
