Warehouse Operative, Full-Time Position

Overview

As a Warehouse Operative at Lidl, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that Lidl's stores receive the right stock when they need it. You will work independently to manage orders, ensuring Lidl's over 2,000 products are delivered efficiently.

Pay and Benefits:

• £12.40 - £13.35 per hour
• £2.00 extra per hour for bank holiday work
• £3.50 extra per hour for night shifts
• 30-35 days of annual leave (pro rata)

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently listen to picking instructions and execute them accurately.
• Pack a variety of products, ensuring they are securely stacked.
• Report any damaged items to management.
• Independently manage your workload to meet targets.

Requirements:

• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Previous experience with night shifts is preferred.
