At 135 metres, the world-famous lastminute.com London Eye is the UK’s most popular paid visitor attraction, and The Eye Brand’re on the lookout for VIP Experience Assistants to join The Eye Brand's passionate team in delivering the most memorable experiences in London.

As a VIP Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic and diverse team providing best-in-class experiences to The Eye Brand's guests. Your role will include:

• Serving champagne and canapés inside a Pod
• Helping guests check in at the VIP desk
• Serving refreshments in the exclusive Eye Lounge
• Being the first point of call for all guest queries

You will represent the Hospitality department and embody the amazing things The Eye Brand do. Your passion for the lastminute.com London Eye and customer service will shine through daily, driving your enthusiasm for the department's success.

Please note that this role involves serving alcohol, so applicants must be aged 18 and over.

This is a fixed-term role until January 2025. The Eye Brand have two types of contracts available:

• Full-time: Work 5 out of 7 days
• Part-time: Work 10 hours a week

Flexibility is essential as the attraction is open daily, and shifts will include weekends and bank holidays as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience of delivering excellent guest service, ideally from the retail, hospitality, or entertainment industry
• The ability to work to a high standard in a lively, often pressurized environment
• The ability to think on your feet and take ownership of issues
• A reliable, customer-focused approach
• Experience with cash handling; full training will be provided
• A flexible approach to working hours
