Outcomes First Group seek an experienced School Administrator for Outcomes First Group's New Options School - Southview in Stamford, Lincolnshire.

• Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday.
• Contract: Permanent, Term Time only.
• UK applicants only. This role does not offer sponsorship.

About the Role:

As a School Administrator, you will provide exceptional administrative and customer services to various stakeholders, establishing efficient systems to support the school’s operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and confidential administrative support.
• Maintain up-to-date and secure records and documents.
• Respond flexibly to urgent requests from staff.
• Support colleagues with shared tasks.
• Ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
• Adhere to Health and Safety protocols.
• Follow company policies on safeguarding and behavior.

Essential Qualifications:

• GCSE or equivalent.
• Experience in a school environment.
• Strong administration and communication skills.
• Desirable: System experience.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
