The Royal Parks manage over 5,000 acres of diverse parkland, rare habitats, and historic buildings and monuments in eight Royal Parks across London. About the Role

The Royal Parks is seeking a Procurement Administrator to join The Royal Parks on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support within The Royal Parks's procurement department, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflows. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing tender documents
  • Processing invoices
  • Maintaining procurement records
  • Coordinating procurement meetings
  • Managing scheduling and financial processes
  • Responding to procurement enquiries
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements
