Location: Millbrook Park

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 0700 - 1500

Development Details: This role will be based at Millbrook Park, located in Mill Hill, Barnet, within a landscaped area of parks and open space.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Resolve a variety of maintenance issues including light painting, basic carpentry, and minor plumbing.
• Engage and communicate effectively with residents and guests.
• Understand Health and Safety processes at residential developments.
• Conduct regular inspections, reporting defects and health and safety concerns.
• Create a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents and guests.
