This role will be based at an exclusive development on the South Bank of the River Thames, featuring 374 residential apartments and amenities such as a gym, spa, theatre, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents and guests.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Understand Health and Safety processes in a residential setting.
• Conduct regular inspections and cleaning, reporting defects and health and safety concerns.
• Foster strong working relationships with team members and contractors.
