Position Overview: The P&D Associate plays a crucial role in achieving P&D objectives through collaboration with various stakeholders in the Retail division. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, talent acquisition, and training across multiple stores in the UK and ROI.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support P&D and Retail business objectives through cross-functional partnerships.
• Collaborate with store management to set and achieve engagement goals.
• Serve as the primary contact for store teams on HR-related queries.
• Advise on employee relations issues and support managers in HR policies.
• Facilitate training sessions on people skills for store management.
• Maintain HRIS records and ensure compliance with GDPR regulations.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding for retail managers.
• Utilize HR metrics to inform people management actions.
• Promote DE&I initiatives to support corporate goals.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Familiarity with employment law requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft systems and HRIS applications.
