Job Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and plan solutions to address data needs
• Collaborate with tech teams and business professionals to develop metrics aligned with domain priorities
• Prepare reports using various visualization and data modeling methods
• Develop, design, and maintain Tableau/Looker dashboards and analytics
• Collect and normalize data from various sources
• Test and publish dashboards
• Resolve any data or performance issues related to workbooks and data sources
• Monitor reports and dashboards, making necessary adjustments
• Manage Tableau-driven implementations, architecture, and administration
• Actively manage the performance and usability of Tableau/Looker

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Experience with Tableau/Looker, business intelligence, and analytics
• Strong data visualization design skills
• Experience using SQL for data preparation
• Data modeling expertise
• In-depth knowledge of Tableau Products, including Tableau Server and Tableau Desktop
• Familiarity with Looker Products
• Able to translate stakeholder expectations into technical requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Enterprise-level experience in data presentation
• Experience maintaining and managing Tableau/Looker server
