Job Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and plan solutions to address data needs
- Collaborate with tech teams and business professionals to develop metrics aligned with domain priorities
- Prepare reports using various visualization and data modeling methods
- Develop, design, and maintain Tableau/Looker dashboards and analytics
- Collect and normalize data from various sources
- Test and publish dashboards
- Resolve any data or performance issues related to workbooks and data sources
- Monitor reports and dashboards, making necessary adjustments
- Manage Tableau-driven implementations, architecture, and administration
- Actively manage the performance and usability of Tableau/Looker
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience with Tableau/Looker, business intelligence, and analytics
- Strong data visualization design skills
- Experience using SQL for data preparation
- Data modeling expertise
- In-depth knowledge of Tableau Products, including Tableau Server and Tableau Desktop
- Familiarity with Looker Products
- Able to translate stakeholder expectations into technical requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enterprise-level experience in data presentation
- Experience maintaining and managing Tableau/Looker server

- Able to work collaboratively and coach team members on coding practices and design principles
- Comfortable in a dynamic, agile environment within a co-located team
