This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering top-class software solutions and enjoys collaborating with both customers and internal teams to drive success.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of implementing IRIS's software solutions, providing expert training on IRIS's Networx recruitment modules. You’ll deliver training remotely via Microsoft Teams to ensure IRIS's customers get the most out of IRIS's solutions.

• Leading the implementation of IRIS Networx software solutions, ensuring they meet customer expectations.
• Delivering training on the Networx recruitment modules, both remotely and on-site.
• Creating bespoke training materials tailored to the specific needs of IRIS's customers.
• Travelling across the UK to support IRIS's clients and enhance their experience with IRIS Networx solutions.
• Collaborating with internal staff and customer project delivery teams to achieve project goals.
• Providing solutions to complex challenges for seamless integration of IRIS's software.

IRIS’re looking for a candidate with:

• Experience in delivering HR/Payroll/Recruitment software integrations.
• Experience in developing tailored training materials based on customer needs.
• Proven experience in training new joiners, with a track record of onboarding and mentoring staff.

• Strong project management skills, managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering training.
• Problem-solving ability to resolve complex challenges related to the product.
