Overview

Anabas Welcome specializes in high-end reception and concierge services, focusing on providing an exceptional client experience. Anabas is seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist to deliver outstanding reception duties for one of Anabas's prestigious clients in Piccadilly Circus.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet all visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Sign in visitors using the visitor management system.
  • Notify hosts of guest arrivals via email.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails efficiently and courteously.
  • Manage security passes and the booking system.
  • Provide refreshments for visitors.
  • Oversee cloakroom management.
  • Assist with event inquiries as needed.
  • Coordinate couriers and deliveries.
  • Order stationery when required.
  • Ensure visitor passes for events are prepared in advance.
  • Collaborate with team members for seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy reception area.
  • Assist with locker management and event setups.
  • Complete occupancy reports and manage lost property.
  • Report maintenance issues to the Facilities Coordinator.
  • Comply with health and safety procedures.
  • Support company policies and promote inclusivity.
