A Day in the Life of Archwood Limited's Marketing Manager
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing annual marketing plans aligned with the company strategy. You will represent the company's brand and drive strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and providing leadership to the marketing team.
- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Developing and implementing strategic social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities for sales growth based on market trends and insights.
- Monitoring and analyzing marketing metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to research and develop marketing opportunities and plans.
What Are Archwood Limited Looking For?
You will be self-motivated, team-oriented, and possess excellent organizational skills. Required qualifications include:
- A strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing and/or sales.
- A degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Hubspot.
- Experience in designing and executing marketing plans with evidence of successful implementation.

Where You Will Be Working
You will be working from Archwood Limited's office in Chirk, which is home to Archwood Limited's manufacturing and warehousing facility. Archwood Limited offer both flexible and hybrid working policies to suit all individuals and roles.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (with at least 4 days office-based).
