Assets Complex Projects Business Support - 12-Month FTC

Overview

As a key member of the Asset Complex Projects team, the Business Support will provide a highly professional service focusing on actively supporting a range of property management related duties. The role holder will assist in the delivery of all types of building surveys, inspections, works and task planning, data collection and management, project management, and ensuring compliance with grant funded requirements.

The post will be based in Warrington but travel to other locations will be required. This vacancy is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.

This is an important role in which you will:

• Provide a full range of support services to a multi-disciplinary technical team, including pre-planned, response repair, maintenance, empty properties, compliance, planning, and investment activities.
• Ensure all work areas are successfully delivered within target and standard, maintaining evidence and audit trails.
• Possess the technical expertise to collect and update asset management and financial management systems.
• Monitor the progress of all assigned tasks and ensure a proactive approach is maintained to satisfy both internal and external customers’ requests for service ‘right first time’.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be educated to GCSE (or equivalent) grade 4 or above in Mathematics and English, or demonstrate equivalent knowledge through relevant experience.
• Hold a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a business support function within a technical working environment.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continual professional and personal development.
