Join the Close Brothers Motor Finance Team to provide transactional account management support and guidance to Close Brothers Group's dealer partners. You will build sustainable relationships and contribute to the Operations team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support dealer partners with transactional business and queries via email or telephone.
  • Engage with the sales account management team to enhance dealer experiences.
  • Maintain strong relationships through professional communication.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com (CRM) for dealer data enrichment and efficiency.
  • Assist with dealer commission payments and pricing queries.
  • Provide support on dealer oversight queries and complex complaint handling.
  • Manage the dealer onboarding process effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.
