Ferraris Piston Service Limited (FPS), a key subsidiary of AAG, has specialized in distribution for over 85 years. FPS operates 24 sites across the UK and offers a diverse product portfolio spanning automotive maintenance and retail sectors.

FPS is seeking a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their team. Responsibilities include:

  • Posting a high volume of invoices to the ledger.
  • Validating purchase invoices against delivery evidence.
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements.
  • Troubleshooting and correcting mis-postings.
  • Preparation of BACS payments.
  • Management of employee credit cards.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in an office environment, handling multiple currencies, and proficient in Excel. Key skills and experience required include:

  • Experience in a fast-paced Purchase Ledger environment.
  • Good communication skills.
