Overview

Role: Customer Service Centre Agent

Location: Bracknell

Contract type: Temporary (6 - 9 months)

The role is part of Carrier's company - SLD Pumps & Power, a leading supplier of pumps and generator rental equipment.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Creating and managing enquiries from clients.
  • Providing high-level sales support efficiently.
  • Opening new customer accounts via Carrier Portals.
  • Generating hire and sales quotations.
  • Processing customer orders and organizing transport.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the hire process.
  • Managing invoice queries and running pre-invoice reports.
  • Handling on-hire and off-hire documentation.
  • Participating in quality audits.
  • Contributing to budget and sales strategies.
  • Identifying opportunities and managing a customer database.

Who Carrier're looking for:

  • Previous administrative or sales experience, preferably in the rental sector.
  • Proactive and customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
