Description

As part of the Retail team at ScS, you will welcome customers into ScS's store in Worthing and assist them in finding the perfect piece of furniture for their homes.

What does the role involve?

• Welcome customers and support them in their purchasing journey.
• Accurately complete customer orders and finance applications.
• Deliver personal sales and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a 5-star customer experience.
• Maintain showroom standards through cleaning and furniture arrangement.
• Create a warm and safe environment for all customers and staff.
• Continuously enhance knowledge of all ScS products and services.
• Perform other duties in line with the general nature of the role as needed.

• Basic salary ranging from £21,280 to £24,980 with a realistic OTE of £30K annually.
• Retail Sales Assistants typically earn an additional £800 - £1200 monthly on top of their base salary, with no earnings cap.
