As a Customer Service Advisor at Scottish Widows, you will be responsible for handling complex enquiries and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Your role is essential in providing high-quality support and guidance.

You'll be managing customer queries via telephone and performing core administrative tasks. Lloyds Banking Group's flexible hybrid working model requires you to be in the Edinburgh office at least two days a week.
