About the Role
You'll be managing customer queries via telephone and performing core administrative tasks. Lloyds Banking Group's flexible hybrid working model requires you to be in the Edinburgh office at least two days a week.
Key Responsibilities

Shift Patterns
Monday to Friday, working 7 hours a day between 8 AM and 6 PM.
