About the Opportunity

The SIPS Lead will oversee all SIPS activities ensuring adherence to industry standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering a cost-effective SIPs service for FPS Major Events.
• Leading task scoping activities with vendor partners.
• Ensuring all scopes of work align with INEOS procedures.
• Monitoring vendor productivity and performance.
• Coordinating resource requirements for each event.
• Managing SIPS logistics and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Key Requirements

You should have:

• ONC/HNC Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience in FM campaigns within the industry.
• Effective vendor management and project coordination skills.
• Extensive supervisory experience on SIPs contracts.
• Strong communication skills across all levels.
