This is an exciting opportunity to support the Neonatal Service Co-ordinator in leading the Neonatology secretarial and administrative service. Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is looking to recruit a highly organised, self-motivated individual with good interpersonal skills and a demonstrable understanding of how to lead and motivate a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee a high quality secretarial and administrative service for the Neonatology Department.
- Provide first line supervision to staff and collaborate with the secretarial and administration teams.
- Support the Service Coordinator in key administrative areas including staff management, education, and information management.
Working in a multidisciplinary environment, candidates must have excellent listening and interpersonal skills, a thorough attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to make autonomous decisions.
