An exciting opportunity to join Savills's Peterborough Office as a Team Administrator.

Role Overview: The role based at the Peterborough Office is to provide a first class service to all staff and visitors (internal and external) to ensure the office runs smoothly, as part of the Office Administration team.

Team Overview: The Peterborough Office Administration team is a small team consisting of 3 members (including this role).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Being the first point of contact both face to face and on the telephone for clients, professional contacts, employees, tenants, suppliers, etc.
  • Processing invoices for payment including creating POs.
  • Ordering stationery and kitchen consumables.
  • Organising schedules for work shadowing students and assisting the social committee with organising events.
  • Working with the Office Manager and PA to the Head Of Office to promote company initiatives within the office.
  • Updating contact details in Dynamics CRM when required.
  • Completing and/or obtaining the venue event H&S Risk Assessment.
  • Liaising with the digital marketing team in organising the creation and sending of invites.
  • Attending events and ordering necessary merchandise.
  • Maintaining team channels with up-to-date information.
  • Creating and updating team sheets/PDF invites, etc. on Canva.
